This practice has undergone a lot of changes in the last year or so. They seem to have turned a corner now and and getting back to their old high standards. We are very happy with our assigned GP , Dr T Javaid.

I would highly recommend Dr Hasafa, she listen's to your needs. She will not rush you, she is very polite and caring. She has a nice and tidy room. Her apperance is alway's very smart, very professional. A true asset to Studholme medical centre. A true STAR to the medical profession. She makes going to the Doctor's a pleasure not a chore. A true asset.

Despite this review the receptionists still need to understand customer care. Sounding overworked and rushed on the phone does not give a good care impression. I was asked to call the surgery but when I did it seemed to much trouble and the person gave the impression she was too busy

The online appointment service is excellent. Every doctor I have met has been professional, kind and efficient.
